At Rasraj Ayurvedic India Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by initiating a return. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.
To provide you with the best possible deals on your favorite products, we separate product and shipping costs. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
Replacement Policy: We do not offer refunds but provide replacements for eligible items. To request a replacement, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate the process.
