Refunds and replacements are not applicable for:

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.
- In case of a replacement, we will dispatch a new product within 8-10 business days after approval.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
