Indications: Musculo-Skeletal Injury, Sprain & Strain, Joint Pain, Frozen Shoulder, 

Gout, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Cervical, and lumber.

Ingredients: Guruchi, Erund, Nirgundi, Shuddha kupilu, Ashwagndha, Trikatu, Godanti bhasma, Rassindoor, Abhrak, Lauh bhasma, Shuddha silajeet and Guggulu.

Giloy: have antioxidant effects, and increases the activity of the body's immune system.    

Erund: Fights rheumatism, resolves backache & sciatica.

Nirgundi: Has a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory action on edematous subjects, comparable to that of diclofenac sodium by inhibiting histamine, kinin, and prostaglandins.

Kupilu: Has an effect on rheumatism.

Ashwagandha: Stabilizes lysosomal membrane, also prevents the release of lysosomal enzymes, and checks the migration of mononuclear cells, thus preventing erosion to the joint cartilage.

Trikatu: Bio-enhancer, anti-inflammatory, fights microbes.

Godanti Bhasma: Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-fever, analgesic, immunomodulatory.

Rassindoor: Works in immunity, and inflammation-related ailments.

Abhrak Bhasma: Anti-inflammatory, immunomodulator, cellular generator, strengthens ligaments, and is useful against rheumatism and joint pain.

Lauh Bhasma: An overall rejuvenator and has immunomodulatory properties.  

Silajeet: Rejuvenating, anti-inflammatory, reduces painful neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.

Guggulu: A very significant response in arthritis, reduces pain and stiffness with safety and reduces clinical symptoms of Osteoarthritis.  Myrrhanol-A from guggul has more marked effects than hydrocortisone.

Doses: 1-2 tabs twice or as directed by the physician.
