Most herbal formulas have dosage instructions on the label. This should be your guideline for the maximum dosage you should take of a herb or formula. Remember that the maximum dosage is usually for an adult male of 150-200 lbs. Individuals with lighter weights and those sensitive to herbs typically take less than the maximum dosage. If you're taking an Ayurvedic formula for the first time, start at a reduced dosage to ensure your body and digestive system tolerate the herb satisfactorily.

We exchange the product and only if it is delivered defective or damaged from our end. Please note that the products must be exchanged within 7 days of their delivery and should remain in the same condition as they arrived. Send us an email at support@rasraj.org and send your item to our address specified in return and exchange policy’s page.

Please fill the return request form to return a product and specify the reasons you are returning it. The product will only be returned in case of wrong delivery. The order will be collected only if it remains in the same condition as it arrived.
