- The request is made within 7 days of delivery, with valid proof such as photos or videos.
Refunds and replacements are not applicable for:
- Opened or used products, unless they are defective.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement:
